Al-Futtaim Training Centre delivers first HONDA “H-SMART” Service Advisor training programme in the region.

As a part of the ongoing commitment to build a Training Centre of Excellence, Al-Futtaim Training Centre delivered the first in-house, HONDA Service Advisors training programme. In partnership with HONDA, Al-Futtaim is the first distributor in the Gulf region to conduct the H-SMART training programme, which focuses on the HONDA philosophy and process of taking care of customers and their vehicle from receiving to delivery and post follow up.

The training was delivered successfully by Al-Futtaim Trainer, Sunita Rodrigues who is certified by the HAMER office (HONDA principal, Middle East) and will continue to be offered throughout 2010 as a four day workshop.
