Countdown is a project management training game that enhances the knowledge and skills of project teams. Developed in collaboration with project management experts, Countdown uses a variety of discovery learning techniques. This project management game engages and energizes learners as they explore the concepts, tools and behaviors of effective project management. The program targets project managers as well as project team members.

This programme was recently customised and delivered by AFTC for the IKEA Project Management Team. With ongoing efforts to improve processes and drive growth, IKEA used Countdown to expose its project managers and team members to a standard approach when managing projects across the business.
