Al-Futtaim Training Centre was established to train and develop the group's most valuable asset, its human resources.

Working in close partnership with Al-Futtaim’s 65 businesses and also with principals, suppliers and external customers, Al-Futtaim Training Centre assists its partners with their off the shelf and customised training and development needs.
Al-Futtaim Training Centre offers a wide variety of programmes and courses in management, personal development, sales and marketing, customer service and information technology in addition to technical, language and communications skills delivered through Centres of Excellence (CoE's). The management team also facilitates change management, career development and performance management in collaboration with Al-Futtaim's Human Resources department and Business Leadership.
Surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and with ample parking space, Al Futtaim Training Centre offers its customers an atmosphere where one can learn within a stimulating environment where customer service is second to none.
Training is conducted in a state-of-the-art, and cost effective, training facility located in Rashidya featuring 10 dedicated training rooms equipped with the latest training aids including smart boards, WiFi network, LCD projectors and hi-tech sound systems. Al-Futtaim Training Centre is located conveniently close to Dubai International Airport and Dubai Festival City, and is easily accessible by road or public transport.
Open seven days a week from 8 am to 9 pm, Al-Futtaim Training Centre offers a wide range of additional services including an in-house cafeteria serving a hot buffet selection and refreshments. Lunch, snacks and dinner can be catered for according to requirements.
